The location was out of the city ,which I liked as you avoid inner city traffic.

No breakfast facilities...but it was OK as there is plenty of places nearby.

Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.

Good value for a budget hotel. Friendly staff. ALDI & Supermac's are nearby for quick and easy meals.

Microwave & small fridge is not included. One hour journey by bus to Jetland or TUS university.

Very convenient location, clean and tidy, very quiet. Staff were very helpful.

I couldn't find my way into the underground carpark!

Value for money, old and worn carpets in common areas. 163 Euros for a one night, without breakfast, stay was scandalous, when the usual price is 39 Euros. It would have been worth the 39 Euros but no more.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very thin walls could hear doors slamming during the night and there was shouting coming from two or three rooms in the hallway could be heard in our room

Dirty carpet full of dust No one at the reception when needed ( happened twice within 2 different stays ) No power for boiler table had to come out and buy my coffee next door

The room was good. The shower was clean and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was friendly and able to provide iron and hairdryer. The breakfast was great.

It looks not too environmentally friendly to flush the toilets with hot water. The place is a bit out of town, therefore using taxi or own car is a must, but one likes walking, the city center is in 40 minutes.

No restaurant- or any where close to eat. We had to drive 10 minutes. No walking distance . We arrived at 7.00pm. So were needing food.

When I had arrived to stay with my girlfriend the guy at the desk shook his head before we'd even approached him. When I had said I'd booked he asked me for my I.D and then asked my girlfriend but she didn't have hers on here and told us no. After I explained I had stayed a week before and it was no problem as I was dealing with a different member of staff and she was polite about it and was very good about giving information about the hotel and made us feel welcome. But my recent stay made me feel discriminated against as he just looked at us at decided no and also asked for €100 deposit and when I refused as it never said I had to when I had booked he handed me a form for me and my girlfriend to fill out he handed us key cards and left us stay. After this happening I will not be staying here from now on as I felt socially anxious standing there and having to deal with this in front of other people. Thanks for the great rooms and cleanliness but unfortunately I will be going somewhere else from now on that I know will have friendly staff

Beds were comfy, room was clean, the hotel was near everything, and staff were very friendly.

Room can be a bit too warm but then again I suppose you can't open the window too much for health and safety reasons.

Not a lot actually. The room was good size.
